DELIVERY INFORMATION
In-house delivery – Delivery method applies to Johor Bahru area only. Goods should be received within 7 working days (exclude Sunday and public holiday) after placing the order.
Courier service – Delivery method applies to nationwide (including Sabah and Sarawak). Goods should be received within 10-14 days after placing the order.
DELIVERY FEES
Extra charges will be applied to the buyers that required delivery services, for both in-house delivery and courier services. The charges will only be added in during payment process, meaning the price of items displayed on the website excluded delivery charges. Total amount including SST will be shown on payment page. Delivery fees is non refundable and will not be applied to the buyers that collect their item in our physical shop.
PRODUCT GUIDE
Product guide will be provided in the product or on our official website. Buyers could require further information through email or whatsapp.
We minimizing the trouble of buyers by selling and distributing good quality products, but it is buyer’s own responsibility to install and use the product. Guidelines or manuals will come with product, or C.T.E. Electric Sdn. Bhd. website.
